I would like to start off the school year by welcoming all of you to my classroom! I look forward to a great year with your children. All of the rules and policies have been discussed in class as well as sent home for your acknowledgment. If you have any further questions, you may send a note with your child or call my voicemail, extension 4245. Thank you and God Bless.
It is the students' responsibility to copy all homework and test dates from the board into their agendas! Parents please check your children's agendas to make sure they are copying this information.
Reminder: Students must read three Accelerated Reading books and take the quizzes each trimester. Students are allowed to read a fourth book to drop their lowest grade. Fourth graders must choose a book that is marked 3.5 (grade level) and above. It is the student's responsibility to check out an AR book and let me know when he/she is ready to take the quiz. Quizzes may be taken during Library (Friday) or Ticket to Read (Thursday) time.
