PHYSICAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

In grades K through 2nd, students will be permitted to wear their complete P.E. uniforms to school (including sneakers - predominately white) and keep them on the entire day. In grades 3 through 8 students are required to wear their P.E. uniforms under their regular uniform (sneakers must be brought in their backpacks) with their regular school shoes.

                    1/3-Test/Quizzes

P.E. Rules

1. Respect. Respect your peers, teachers and respect any property or equipment that may be used.

2. Listen. Listen to the directions, listen to your peers, and especially listen to your teachers.

3. Do not leave the designated P.E. area without permission.

4. If at any time you hear the whistle blown STOP, LOOK, and LISTEN!

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT STUDENTS SHOULD REMAIN IN AFTER SCHOOL ON PRACTICE DAYS. THEIR RESPECTIVE COACH WILL PICK THEM UP FROM AFTER SCHOOL AND TAKE THEM TO THE FIELD/COURT FOR PRACTICE.

 

News Bulletin

The two forms below pertain to the All Catholic Conference, our Archdiocesan, elementary school, athletic association. We ask that you have both forms completed before the 1st day of try-outs for any athletic team. Only after these forms have been submitted is your child permitted to participate in the athletic events conducted by the All Catholic Conference.

The Athletic Consent and Release from Liability Certificate must be completed by the student's parent or guardian and the Athletic Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation form must be completed by a licensed physician (MD or DO).
