Five B has a Christmas project this year. I look forward printing the results of their hard work!
The list of Accelerated Reader tests St. Agatha owns is available on the link below. Besides the St. Agatha library, you can get these books through the Miami Dade Public Library system or any retail book store such as Barnes and Noble or Borders. Just make sure the title and author match exactly. Make sure your copy of the book doesn't say "abridged" or "adapted". If you do purchase a hardcover you might consider donating it to the library when you finish reading it!
Middle school students :
Your Accelerated Reader requirements are still :
minimum 7 points on books 5.0 or higher for 6th grade,
minimum 7 points on books 6.0 or higher for 7th grade ,
and minimum 7 points on books 6.0 or higher for 8th grade.
Fifth Grade:
Read 3 books 5.0 or higher. You may take a fourth test and that will allow you to drop the lowest grade. The tests will begin to count on 11/17/08.
Media kids are still doing a great job! Couldn't do it without you!
Please remember to meet in the school lobby at 7:45. If you miss us, do not go to the library by yourself or with your parents. Just go on to your class and we will work together the following week.
