Students without the consent form will not be allowed to participate in the Service Hours Project.

Supervisors/chaperones are encouraged to randomly take roll call to assess full participation and attendance. It is of dire importance to stress that the students MUST be supervised at all times by an adult. Students are asked at all times to stay within the assigned group and keep at safe and modest distance from the chaperone.

Your cooperation to this matter is immensely appreciated.  The safety of our students is our #1 priority.
